Dallas Fort Worth Airport worked with us to optimize their talent acquisition process, addressing significant challenges related to prolonged candidate search times and delays in the transition from candidate selection to onboarding. The extended duration often resulted in candidates accepting alternative positions by the time they were contacted.

Approach

Our methodology encompassed a comprehensive analysis involving research, user interviews, data analysis, and UX workshops. We adopted a multi-perspective approach, engaging stakeholders such as hiring managers, TA specialists, TA coordinators, managers, and candidates. This holistic strategy enabled us to gain insights into the challenges faced by each persona, spanning technical obstacles, training needs, software and technology issues, and process inefficiencies.

Key Findings

Through meticulous exploration, we identified pain points unique to each stakeholder group. These included technical challenges, opportunities for training and development, software and technology hindrances, and inefficiencies within the existing processes.

Solution Mapping

Our team successfully mapped the entirety of the talent acquisition process, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of potential solutions. From immediate “quick wins” to overarching, long-term process adjustments, we provided a roadmap that addressed the full spectrum of identified issues.
